Dr. Simeons HCG diet plan

I have come to the point where i cant do a diet on my own. So i went to the doctors and he put me on a very strict diet plan. Dr. Simeons Protocol. I inject myself daily with shots of HCG and vitamin B12 and also maintain a strict 500 calorie intake. I can only eat 3 1/2 oz of chicken, steak, or white fish, 2 servings of veggies and 2 servings of fruit a day, and at least 7 bottles of water a day. I cant have ANYTHING else or i will plateu. Its a very good plan and i have done ALOT of research on it and have found many sucess stories. People have lost 55 lbs in just 45 days! Thats amazing. Some of you might not think its healthy, but everything has been proven healthy. Its just restarting your metabolsm and getting your body to not want fatty foods. Erica - 15 months old

We were a little late taking Erica to the doctors this month, but we made it before she turned 16 months. It was probably the worst she had ever cried.. She didnt want the nurses to touch her. She was crying and screaming when they were weighing her and doing all the measurements. Even giving her a sucker didnt help. She was not a happy camper. Then came the shots.. oh boy.. it was so heartbreaking to hold her in my lap and hold her hands back while they poked her in both legs. I felt so bad.

On the good note.. Erica is so healthy. She weighs 22lbs 14.5 oz and 31" long! the doctor was surprised that she got so tall in just 3 months.. (she had to double check). I told her she must have gotten it from her dad. :-) Erica is doing so well that she doesnt need to go back until she is 2 years old!

We took her to the park a couple days ago. She had so much fun. Here are a few pictures.

Easter 2009 - Erica's 2nd Easter

This Easter was fun because Erica was old enough to go Easter Egg Hunting. We had alot of fun, the night before Easter we went to Grandma Massey's house and colored eggs.. Erica just wanted to grab the eggs and smash them on the table, or slam them in the egg dye (Hope that came out of your table Melanie) :)
Some of Zach's family was down here and there were a couple kids there that Erica just loved to play with. She had alot of fun.
Then on Easter morning she woke up about 9AM, then I got her all dressed up in her cute Easter dress and we went back to Grandma Massey's for breakfast and the Easter Egg hunt, She had fun looking for the eggs, and she did really good, she even found some of the eggs all by herself! Then, Zach had to go to work at 12, so me and Erica went over to my moms house and we took a LONG nap over there. Then we played for the rest of the day with her little toys she got, and ate lots of candy! Hope you enjoy the pictures

Zach's 21st Birthday!

Zach's 21st Birthday was a blast. We went to vegas and stayed in a suite at the Treasure Island. Well all had so much fun.. a little too much to drink, but it was alot of fun! Im so glad he's finally 21 so he can come to Mesquite with me!
