Oh, What a wonderful dayyyyyy

I love Fridays because its the only day Zach has off and we get to spend the whole day together... Well im not home very much at night and i really love to cook, so i take full advantage of it when i have the time and someone is actually home to eat.. So today i put a roast in the crockpot and decided to try my dads famous salsa that i grew up with him making. It is very yummy, but this time it turned out super hot.. Next time i wont use so many peppers. i took some over to my dad and he said it was perfect! he gave me an A + yay! So there is a before and after picture :)









Mel and Rick came over and we wanted to see Mel try guitar hero. She actually did really good for her first time.. im a proud daughter in law.

So zach locked the garage door opener in the garage (theres no door to get in or another way) so he has been trying for almost an hour (still is trying) to get the dang thing open. This is him and our neighbor sticking there arm in with a pole trying to get lucky and find the button (haha.. good luck right?) There still trying it.. they better hurry cause we are going to the 9 oclock movie. Its so cute trying to see them come up with ideas to get the thing open.. there like little boys coming up with ideas for a scavenger hunt or something.

SLC trip September 2009 (pic overload)

We took a little Vacation to SLC and went to Laggon, Blink 182 concert, and Hogle Zoo. It was lots of fun. It was Erica's first time up there and it was the longest car ride she's ever had, but she did really good. there were a few times she wanted out, but we kept her entertained. We stayed at Zach's Aunt Connie's house and Erica loved playing with her Dogs, The first night she didnt want to go to sleep because she just wanted to play. thanks Melanie for getting her to sleep!

We kind of got to the concert late and Taking Back Sunday was already playing. They were really good!! and When we left, We saw the lead singer out on his bus looking out the window and zach did the little "whats up nod" and he did it back! whoo hoo. lol

Blink 182 was so good.. It was my first concert ever and no regrets. I even have a little crush on Mark now, he looked amazing :)
