Feeding the ducks

We took Erica to go and feed the ducks today. She loved it. There were so many ducks.. We are definatley going to take her there again soon. Here are some pictures..

Our 1st Anniversary

Yaay! we made it through our first year of marriage! 2-16-09 was our first anniversary! We had a great time. When we woke up, we went to Ihop for breakfast. Then we went to the mall and i bought Zach a whole new outfit, Pants, shoes, and a shirt. Then around 3pm we went to Massage Envy and got a couples 1 hour massage! It was amazing. Zach has never had a massage before (professionally) so i was happy he finally got to see how amazing it felt. We are definatley going to be going back there. After our Massage, we went home, took a shower and got ready for our date. We decided to go to Samurai 21 since we have never been there before.. I wasnt too sure of it because im not a big fan of sushi and i didnt think Zach would like it either.. but it wasnt too bad.. and We actually ate some of the sushi.. i was surprised Zach ate some because he is so picky when it comes to food. After dinner we went and got my diamond earings that Zach got for me for our anniversary. They are so beautiful. Then we went to the movies and saw "Push" it was a pretty good movie. (It made me dream that i had powers like that. haha) Then we went and picked up Erica at my moms house, took her home, put her to bed and then played Halo :-) It was a pretty good anniversary and im glad were going to have at least 60 more. I love you to Pieces Zachary....

R.i.P. Leone Bates

I have worked at Beehive homes for about 6 months now. I love my job. And i love these people. My biggest fear was losing one of my residents. On February 14th, I got a text from Amanda at about 7:05 A.M., right when i was about to get off work, and she said "Leone Died" So i hurried and ran across the street to the other house where Leone was at, it was heartbreaking, everyone was in tears and her daughter was there. My manager told me i could go in there and see her and say goodbye to her, i opened the door, saw her and just walked out crying, i couldn't go in there. I didn't want to say goodbye. She was such a great person. She was so caring of others. I remember when i used to work graveyards at that house, she would come out in her wheelchair just to see if i was ok and if i wanted company. She was such a sweetheart. I know she is in a better place and pain free and back with her husband. We'll always remember you Leone. Rest in Piece.

1. Family means more to me than anything.
2. I want to eventually be a nurse in Labor and Delivery.. but school is not my thing.. so i dont know what im going to do.
3. I work at an assisted living facility, yes, i have to wipe dirty butts.. but i love my job more than anything and i love these people like they were my family. If im not going to take care of them, who will...
4. Yes, me and Zach moved way too fast, got pregnant after 2 months of dating, then got married a year later.. but i love him and our daughter more than anything and wouldnt change anything!
5. Im not a morning person.. i love to sleep in.. but that is no longer an option with my daughter..
6. We want to have 4 kids.. (i had an easy labor, i guess thats why i want 4)
7. i constantly find myself depressed about my body, im not happy with myself.. but i dont have enough self control to change it..

Jumping Jacks

We took Erica to Jumping Jacks today. Its a really cool place for kids that has a whole bunch of blown up jumping toys. I didnt know about it until Amy told me about it (thanks amy) When we first walked in, Erica didnt know what to think.. She got really scared at first because theres a big dinosaur right in the middle. She didnt want us to put her down at all. And she started crying cause she was so scared. So we took her over to the tables and had her walk around for a little bit, got her comfortable with the place, then gave it a second attempt.. She loved it after that.. We took her down the slides a bunch of times and she was just laughing. Im really glad we took her there. We had alot of fun. Its definately a good place to have a birthday party in the future..

Las Vegas

My birthday was on the 29th and i told Zach i wanted to go to vegas for a night.. It was a much needed mini vacation.. and it helped so much.. we had so much fun.. We left on saturday after zach got off work and we made it down there about 7pm. we checked in at the Stratosphere and went to the room and then we headed to the top of the Stratosphere.. We didnt have much time up there because we had to make it to a show at 10pm. But Zach has never been to the top so i really wanted to take him up there. it was kind of chilly and i didnt get very good pictures because my camera is kind of retarded :-) After we left the stratosphere we headed over to the Monte Carlo to see Lance Burton. It tooks us forever to get there because we relied on Zach's stupid iPhone for directions and it took us the opposite way of where we were supposed to go.. and i was getting frustrated because i thought we were going to be late. We ended up getting there 5 minutes before the show started. It was such a good show. Lance Burton is so good. Much better than Criss Angel. I suggest to everyone to go see that show. After the show we got a little something to eat then headed back to the room :-) The next day we slept in until almost noon.. it felt amazing.. we both needed to sleep in. After we got up and got ready, we went and ate breakfast then headed over to the Mandalay Bay to go to the Shark Reef. Zach has never been there either, but i have. It was so neat and i cant wait to take Erica there. The whole time we were there we were saying how much we missed our little stinker. But we sure did have fun. We also got drawn in Cartoon. It was so cool and the guy that drew us was amazing. Such good talent. After all of that fun, we ended up leaving Las Vegas and stopped in Mesquite for dinner. We had so much fun..
